Long reddish brown pods, these have subtle berry like sweetness with an underlying smokiness. Only a small amount of heat (1 to 1.5K Scovilles) These are surprisingly a chinense classification, not baccatum or annuum as many believe. Often used as dried and ground for powder or used in pastes.
